If you are not completely satisfied with your Shop MAAK Art purchase, please contact our Customer Service at sale@maak-gallery.com .  We are here to help!

Customer Service must be contacted for an authorization for your return or exchange to be accepted.

All returns must be made in their original conditions and packaging within 7 days of delivery in order to receive an e-commerce credit or exchange. Refunds are not permitted.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.   

  • Return shipments must be arranged through MAAK Art and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order)
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
  • All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in HKD
Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or method of refund payment.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 2 to 4 days to receive your refund in your nominated bank account.

Exchanges

We offer replacements if the item received is damaged.
Confirmation and proof of damage must be sent to sale@maak-gallery.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods in order to receive the replacement item.
